ON THE ISSUES
ELECTION INTEGRITY
Voter fraud is real. It is systemic and it is out of control. If we learned anything from the 2020 election cycle and the stolen Presidential election, we learned that We the People need to be more involved, more active, more watchful, and less trusting of our elected public servants.
As President Reagan famously said, “Trust, but verify.”
Abolish Motor-voter Programs
Our nation’s motor-voter laws have facilitated one of the largest assaults on the American people in our nation’s history. Every vote illegally cast and counted negates one vote from an American citizen who is legally able to vote and participate in their civic duty. According to the laws now, anyone with an address in Washington State can get a driver’s license and register to vote with no verification of citizenship status. To add insult to injury, the Washington State Secretary of State claims it’s not her responsibility to verify the citizenship of registered voters. She claims it is the responsibility of the person registering to “tell the truth.”
Article 1 Section 4 of the United States Constitution gives Congress power to make or alter regulations within the States when it comes to elections (except as to the places of choosing Senators). Congress should use this power to end motor-voter, mail-in voting (except for voter requested absentee ballots), and same-day registration and voting.
